NOTICE ON THE AVAILABILITY OF THE iRehistro PLATFORM

The Philippine Consulate General wishes to inform eligible registrants for the 2025 Philippine National Elections that, after system enhancements and maintenance, the option to accomplish the Overseas Voting (OV) registration form (OVF-1 form) online is now available through the following link: https://irehistro.comelec.gov.ph/ovf1/

The iRehistro is not an online OV registration system. After encoding all the needed information into the portal, the system-generated PDF file containing the accomplished OVF-1 form should be saved and printed. The printed OVF-1 form should be personally submitted at the Consulate General, along with the following:

1. • Valid Philippine Passport (original and photocopy);
2. • For seafarers, Seaman’s Book (original and photocopy); or
3. • For dual citizens, Identification Certificate (original andphotocopy).

OV Registration at the Consulate General is from Monday to Friday, 9:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M., except holidays. For inquiries, please email chicagopcg@att.net
