CONSULAR CLIENTS ARE ADVISED TO CHECK THEIR POSTAGE FOR RETURN ENVELOPES
The Philippine Consulate General In Chicago informs the public that the United States Postal Service (USPS) has imposed a price change for Priority Mail Flat Rate Envelope and Priority Mail Express Flat Rate Envelope effective 06 October 2024.
The new rates are as follows:
- USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate Envelope - $10.45
- USPS Priority Mail Express Flat Rate Envelope - $32.00
Clients who are providing self-addressed USPS envelopes for consular transactions such as passport, civil registry, and notarial services are advised to ensure that their stamps are sufficient based on the new rates.
Please be reminded that the Consulate does not sell or provide stamps for return mailing. Clients are responsible for including the correct postage with their return envelopes to avoid any delays or complications. END
