The Philippine Consulate General in Chicago is providing assistance to active registered overseas voters BUT do not possess the accepted Philippine IDs (Philippine Passport, Philippine Driver’s License, Seaman’s Book or Integrated Bar of the Philippines ID).
The Consulate General also offers assistance to those who are experiencing difficulties in completing their pre-voting enrollment online.
The following options for assistance are available to registered overseas voters in the U.S. Midwest:

• Visit us: 122 S Michigan Avenue, Suite 1600, Chicago, IL 60630
The following registered overseas voters may visit the Consulate General and vote using the Voting Kiosk:
• Those who are illiterate;
• Persons with Disabilities (PWD);
• Senior citizens; and
• Pregnant.
Other voters are encouraged to bring their personal electronic devices.
Pre-voting enrollment ends on 07 May 2025, 11:59pm Philippine Standard Time or 10:59pm Central Time, while the 30-day overseas voting period ends on 12 May 2025 at 7:00pm (Philippine Standard Time) or 6:00am (Central Time). The Consulate General will be open to registered overseas voters from Mondays to Sundays, from 8:00am to 4:00pm, including weekends and holidays.
