Consul General Melanie Rita B. Diano (second photo, center), together with the owners Mr. and Mrs. Randy Famacion (second photo, left and right), graced the Grand Opening and Ribbon Cutting of Chicken Ati-Atihan Grill and Restaurant on 15 February 2025 at 7649 N. Milwaukee Avenue, Niles, IL.

The occasion was attended by family, friends, and loyal customers who have supported the restaurant throughout the years. The event featured its best dishes and band performances.

The restaurant is a family-owned restaurant that has been serving Filipino cuisine for many years. Their new location boasts a spacious dining area to cater more customers.

Illinois is home to around 80 Filipino restaurants which underscores the city’s large Filipino community.
