CHICAGO PCG PROVIDES CONSULAR SERVICES IN SECOND OUTREACH MISSION FOR 2026 IN OVERLAND PARK, KANSAS

CHICAGO, 23 February 2026 - The Philippine Consulate General in Chicago conducted a consular outreach mission in Overland Park, Kansas, on 21 February 2026. Its second consular outreach mission for the year, the one day event was held at the Filipino Cultural Center Foundation, West 79th St., Overland Park, Kansas 66204 (or some 512 miles away from Chicago), in collaboration with the Filipino Association of Greater Kansas City led by its President, Atty. Angela Fitle, and community leaders Ms. Rachel Manakul and Ms. Helen Austin.

Consul Ma. Theresa M. Alders led the five-member Chicago PCG team composed of Atty. Mark Arinquin, Ms. Lizbeth Pangan, Ms. Rocylyn De Leon, and Ms. Jekelyn Esguerra. It rendered a total of 121 consular services. Consul Alders also promoted the forthcoming VIP Tour 2026 and the on-going Overseas Absentee Voting registration for the 2028 Philippine Overseas Elections. The last consular outreach held in Overland Park, Kansas, was in 2023.
