Zamnai Officers Call On Consul General Paez
at the Philippine Consulate General in Chicago

Chicago, 07 March 2022 – The officers of the Zamboanga Del Norte Association of Illinois (ZAMNAI) headed by its current President, Ms. Maria Cyd Fernandez, paid a courtesy
call on Consul General J. Susana V. Paez at the Philippine Consulate General in Chicago
on 03 March 2022.
During the meeting, the officers warmly welcomed the Consul General to the Windy City and promised to work closely with the Consulate for the benefit of the Filipino and FilipinoAmerican community in the US Midwest. In response, the Consul General thanked the group for taking the time to meet with her and assured them of the Consulate’s continued support to their projects and activities.
Likewise, the Consul General informed them that overseas voting for the May 2022
Philippine presidential elections will run from 10 April to 09 May 2022, and encouraged
their members who are registered overseas voters to exercise their right to vote.
Joining the meeting were Consul Ryan Francis Gener, Consul Ryan Pondoc, Consul
Melvin Almoguera and Cultural Officer Richard Osea.
