The Philippine Consulate General in Chicago encourages members of the Filipino-American community and the general public to catch DreamWorks Animation's Forgotten Island while it is still showing in select theaters across the Chicagoland area.

The animated film, which draws inspiration from Filipino culture, mythology, and folklore, offers audiences an opportunity to experience Filipino stories and traditions on the big screen. Through its imaginative storytelling and cultural references, Forgotten Island brings elements of Filipino heritage to a wider international audience.

As the film enters the later part of its theatrical run, the Consulate encourages those who have yet to see it to take advantage of the remaining screenings. Moviegoers are advised to check their preferred theaters for updated schedules and ticket availability.

The Consulate continues to support initiatives that promote Filipino culture, creativity, and representation in the United States, recognizing the important role of film and the creative industries in strengthening cultural understanding and appreciation. END
