“ONE HEALTH PASS”
FOR INCOMING TRAVELLERS TO THE PHILIPPINES

The Philippine Consulate General in Chicago wishes to inform the public that, pursuant to Inter-Agency Task Force for the Management of Emerging Infectious Diseases (IATFMEID) Resolution No. 135 Series of 2021 dated 26 August 2021, beginning 01 September 2021, for convenient and seamless movement relative to health and quarantine protocols, incoming travellers to the Philippines will need to register to “ONE HEALTH PASS”.
