PRE-ENROLLMENT FOR ONLINE VOTING AND TEST VOTING FOR REGISTERED OVERSEAS VOTERS IN THE U.S. MIDWEST

The Philippine Consulate General in Chicago is pleased to inform all REGISTERED Overseas Voters in the U.S. Midwest that COMELEC has officially announced that its portal for pre-enrollment and test voting is now live!

To check if you are a registered overseas voter under the Philippine Consulate General in Chicago, please refer to the following documents:

For the list of National Registry for National Voters, click here

If you registered during the overseas registration period but do not see your name on this list, please check the Certified List of Overseas Voters of other Embassies or Consulates.

Follow these steps to pre-enroll. Once pre-enrollment is successful, you will receive a link to the test voting via email/SMS. Take note that test voting can only be done ONLY ONCE.

IMPORTANT DATES TO REMEMBER

20 March 2025 (Sunday) – Start of Pre-enrollment and TestVoting of Registered Overseas Voters
12 April 2025 (Saturday) - Last Day of Test Voting
13 April 2025 (Sunday) – Start of Overseas Voting Period
07 May 2025 (Wednesday) - Last Day of Pre-enrollment and Test Voting
12 May 2025, 7PM Philippine Standard Time (Monday) – End of Overseas Voting Period
