REMINDER: PRE-ENROLL NOW FOR THE 2025 ELECTIONS!

OVERVIEW

Under Republic Act No. 9189 as amended by Republic Act No. 10590, all citizens of the Philippines or dual Filipino-American citizens, who are not disqualified by law, at least 18 years of age by 12 May 2025, may register as an Overseas Voter and vote for Senators and Party List Representatives in the upcoming 2025 elections.

Registered Overseas Filipino voters may vote online for the 2025 National Elections.

CHECK YOUR VOTER RECORD

To check if you are a registered overseas voter under the Philippine Consulate General, please refer to the following documents:

Certified List of Overseas Voters -If your name is on this list, your voter record is ACTIVE under the Philippine Consulate General. You must pre-enroll using your email address once pre-enrollment starts on 20 March 2025 before you can vote online for the 2025 National Elections.

List of Overseas Voters with Incomplete Biometrics Information - If your name is on this list, your record is ACTIVE and you can vote for the 2025 National Elections. However, you need to update your record in the next overseas voter registration.

List of Overseas Voters whose Registration Records were Deactivated - If your name is on this list, this means your record is now inactive and you cannot vote for the 2025 National Elections. You will need to reactivate your record in the next overseas voter registration.

National Registry for National Voters - If you registered during the overseas registration period but do not see your name on the CLOV for Chicago PCG.

ENROLL AND VOTE ONLINE

Per COMELEC Minute Resolution No. 24-0067 dated 02 February 2024, the mode of overseas voting in the United States and the Carribean is internet voting.
NO PHYSICAL BALLOTS WILL BE MAILED TO OVERSEAS VOTERS.

Registered voters can enroll at https://ov.comelec.gov.ph/enroll or by scanning the QR code.

Once pre-enrollment is successful, you will receive a link to the test voting via email/SMS. Take note that test voting can only be done ONLY ONCE.

IMPORTANT DATES TO REMEMBER

20 March 2025 (Sunday) – Pre-enrollment of registered overseas voters
12 April 2025 (Saturday) - Last day of test voting
13 April 2025 (Saturday) – Start of Overseas voting period
07 May 2025 (Wednesday) - Last day of pre-enrollment
12 May 2025, 7PM Philippine Standard Time (Monday) – End of Overseas voting period
