COMELEC'S DIGITAL OVERSEAS VOTERS' ID

The Philippine Consulate General has received from COMELEC the Digital Overseas Voters’ ID of registered voters under its jurisdiction.

Please refer to the Certified List of Overseas Voters (as of 31 March 2024) to check if you are a registered overseas voter under the Philippine Consulate General.

To request a copy of your digital overseas voter’s ID, please send an email to chicagopcg@att.net with the following details:
  1. Subject: Request for Digital OV ID
  1. Body: Include your FULL NAME and DATE OF BIRTH
  1. Attachment: Valid government-issued ID
No printed copies will be made available. Voters who need physical copies will have to download and print their own file. END
