The Philippine Consulate General in Chicago mourns the passing of former Secretary of Foreign Affairs Albert F. Del Rosario. He served as Philippine Ambassador to the United States from 2011 to 2006 and as Secretary of Foreign Affairs from who served from 2011 to 2016. Attached is Secretary Del Rosario’s resume
