20 October 2025 - The Philippine Consulate General of Chicago, represented by Consul Ma. Theresa Alders, participated in the event organized by the Philippine American Cultural Foundation (PACF) to commemorate Filipino American History Month on 18 October 2025 at the Allegra Banquets in Schiller Park Illinois.
In her remarks on behalf of Consul General Diano, Consul Alders commended PACF for its work in promoting Filipino culture, traditions and values in Illinois, and gave assurance that the Philippine Consulate General in Chicago is one with the entire Filipino and Fil-American communities in the Midwest United States in celebrating October as Filipino American History Month.
