CHICAGO PCG RENDERS CONSULAR OUTREACH MISSION IN BOONVILLE, MISSOURI
5 April 2025, Boonville, Missouri - The Philippine Consulate General in Chicago conducted a consular outreach mission on 05 April 2025 (Saturday) at the Isle of Capri Hotel in Boonville, Missouri. The event was the Consulate’s second outreach mission for the year.

Led by Consul General Atty. Melanie Rita B. Diano, the team rendered a total of 90 services (passport, notarial, civil registration and dual citizenship) to consular clients residing in Missouri and other nearby states during the one-day event. Applicants who availed of the consular services expressed their appreciation to the team, since this meant they no longer had to drive for more than six (6) hours to the Consulate General in Chicago.

The event was conducted in partnership with volunteers from the National Federation of Filipino American Associations (NaFFAA), headed by its National Trustee Ms. Anecita Alvizo, as well as local FilCom organizations, who assisted the outreach team through promotional and logistical support.
The team announced the Consulate’s next outreach activities to be held in Springfield, Illinois on 03 May 2025 and in Austintown, Ohio on 09 May 2025. Consular missions are regularly held to bring the Consulate General’s services closer to the Filipino and Filipino-American communities in the U.S. Midwest states under the Consulate’s jurisdiction, outside of Chicago.
