07 April 2025, St. Louis, Missouri - Facilitated by Mr. Jeff Wade, Executive Director of the Asian American Chamber of Commerce of St. Louis (AACC), Chicago PCG Consul General Atty. Melanie Rita B. Diano had a meeting with representatives of Watlow Electric and representatives from the Office of Congressman Wesley Bell (D-District 1 MO), USAKO Group, the Jefferson County Dental Group, StoneBridge Senior Living, World Trade Center, PRI Global, and Staffing Marketing Solutions.

Watlow Electric representatives provided a briefing and ocular tour of its offices. It highlighted its leadership in industrial heating solutions, with employees of over 4,200 team members across 57 countries, 12 manufacturing facilities and nine technology and development centers in the U.S. It also noted that its Cebu office, established in 2022, currently employs 22 engineers. In St. Louis Missouri, 50 percent of its employees are Filipino. During the ocular visit, Watlow’s Filipino employees joined the Chicago PCG delegation for a photo opportunity in the lobby of the building.
